Terms of Use

You are reading the terms that apply while you browse www.scoopitph.com. They are short because the site itself is simple. Every statement below describes how this site was actually built, so you can check what you are dealing with before relying on anything it says.

Scope

This site is a static publication. Every page is a finished file, prepared in advance and delivered to you by a content delivery network. Nothing is assembled for you personally when you visit. The site runs no server-side application, and it has no forms, input fields or upload controls.

The site consists of exactly six addresses, all listed in its sitemap. That set was fixed when the site was built. If you type an address that is not one of them, or follow an outdated link, you are taken straight to the home page. A wrong address never turns into a separate page with content of its own.

Each page carries machine-readable publication and modification dates. The modification date, 2 November 2026, matches the date in the sitemap, so you can tell which version of this text you are reading. Everything a page displays, including styles, scripts, fonts and images, comes from this domain. No other server is contacted while the page is on your screen.

Limits

Because the site has no registration and no accounts, you cannot sign up here. Nothing you do can be created, suspended, terminated or transferred. You cannot submit anything, and no visitor-generated content exists on the site.

The build also contains no e-mail address, telephone number, postal address or contact form. For that reason, these terms do not offer a complaints channel or a response time, and they do not name a counterparty. They also name no company, no jurisdiction and no complaints procedure. The build does not support any of these, and borrowing standard clauses would give you promises nobody here can keep.

Destinations

When you follow a link that leads off this domain, you arrive at a separate website. Any account you open, any money you deposit and any agreement you accept is between you and that website's operator. Your relationship with an operator begins there, under that operator's own terms. Those terms are the ones that bind you and the operator, so read them before you register or pay. Nothing on this site replaces or adds to them.
